Terms, Conditions, Agreement & Waiver

In an effort to live and conduct business in the spirit of Yoga, I do my best to be very clear, open and honest.  If you have any questions, please ask.  These Terms, Conditions, Agreement and Waiver of Liability are to protect both parties and maintain an honest relationship.

It is important that you read over the document carefully.  Twice.  When you are ready, print the document, write your initials on each page and sign the last page, scan (or take a picture of it with your phone) and send to email address: sacredearthretreat2018@gmail.com


Complete Registration Process


1. Application & Approval
2. Carefully read the Terms & Conditions PDF that can be downloaded here. Print the document, initial each page and sign the last page.
3. Upload the initialed and signed document and email to sacredearthretreat2018@gmail.com
4. Pay your non-refundable deposit of $500.00.  You will receive an invoice. Payment is due within 5 days of invoice date.
5. Create a payment schedule that works for you!  You can divide the balance into ½, ¼ or what works for you.  Be aware of the early-bird discount deadline: Balance paid in full by 15 November 2018. Otherwise, full balance is due by 10 January 2018.
