Sach'a Munay, our home in the Sacred Valley

Sach'a Munay, which translates as "love from the ancient forest", is nestled in an oasis of native plants and fruit trees and is nourished by a magnificent waterfall. It is a place to connect to the incredible depth and beauty of what nature offers. The retreat center has been designed to provide privacy and space for retreating into yourself and nature. Sach'a Munay is an ecological project and non-profit organization.  Their proceeds go to funding the local community and education on sustainability.  Read more about their projects here and here.

The accommodations at Sach'a Munay are simple, cozy, filled with light and are equipped for single and shared occupancy. The beds are lavished with warm, luxurious duvets. Each room has a private bath . The whole site is dedicated to promoting peace, tranquility and transformation. The houses have many majestic views of the Andes and the snow-capped mountains of the Sacred Valley. You will be served 3 vegetarian, locally-grown, fresh meals a day prepared with love by the on-site chef, and the staff will lovingly pack us picnic lunches for our all day treks.

The Yoga temple or, Maloca, is equipped with mats, blankets, blocks and straps, and has expansive windows which afford majestic views and invite nature to be part of your practice. The temple is by far the most magical place to practice yoga.
