Ayurveda is the yogic science and holistic tradition that encourages you to be an active participant in your own journey toward balance. This journey involves learning about your relationship with the elements and the unique combinations they create called doshas.
This cooler, windy, wintery season is related to Vata, or the elements of air and ether. When imbalanced, an excess of Vata can feel like dryness, ungroundedness, anxiety, scattered thoughts, insomnia, or muscle twitches. Ayurveda teaches that like increases like and that opposites influence balance.
Using the principles of Ayurveda, you will be guided by Sarah Kadel Yoga through a Vata pacifying yoga sequence, breathwork, and meditation to help you feel more grounded, balanced, and connected.
