Arm balances are a fun way to explore your strength and add dimension to your yoga practice. For yogis who are just beginning their arm balance practice, it’s important to start simple by practicing an arm balance that, while challenging, also allows you to explore the key components of most arm balances: core activation, muscle control, and letting go of fear.
