Going upside down in our yoga practice can feel intimidating, scary, and maybe even impossible. In this workshop, you will be guided safely through movements, drills, and techniques to help you build the foundational strength, balance, and body awareness to go upside down safely and with confidence. Inversions don't have to be scary or impossible! Leave this workshop feeling empowered with the tools necessary to work toward inversions in your yoga practice.
